Introducing a cooking competition for older adults! Celebrating the International Year of Millets! Millets have high nutritional values including protein, fiber, key vitamins. Share your “MILLET RECIPE” and have a chance to win a fantastic prize!
PHOTO COMPETITION
The theme of the competition is “CAPTURE THE ESSENCE OF HAPPY AGEING.” We encourage senior participants to use their artistic flair to capture moments of joy, fulfilment, and contentment, experienced in their golden years.

Rules for Participation:
✅ All participants must be above 60 years of age.
✅ One entry per person
✅ Entries will be adjudged by judges appointed by Vayah Vikas and all decisions are final. Vayah Vikas reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to the stated contest rules.
✅ By entering the contest, entrants agree that the photos submitted can be used by Vayah Vikas for advertising purposes.
✅ Last Date for sending in entries: 17th September 2023.
✅ Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
✅ The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable.
✅ The winner will be contacted via the email address/phone number provided by the participant.
