This competition aims to promote awareness of healthy ageing and encourages members to share their valuable insights and experiences for a fulfilling and meaningful life.

An eminent board of judges will evaluate the entries, and two winners will be announced on April 15, 2023. The two winners will receive exciting cash prizes and an invitation to attend the National Health Conclave 2023 on ‘Happy and Healthy Ageing’, to be held on April 29, 2023, at Hotel Hilton Embassy, Manyata Business Park, Bangalore, where they will have the opportunity to interact with policymakers to improve the state of older adults in India on a national scale.
