Recipes for the session- Bread Rasmalai Ingredient- bread slice - 2 pieces milk powder - 3 tbsp powdered sugar - 2 tbsp kesar - 15 to 20 threads dry fruits - almonds, pista finely chopped milk - 200 ml, boiled & chilled green cardamom - optional Yellow colour - optional

About This Event

Method 1.Take milk 2.Add 2 tbsp milk powder & sugar. 3.Add kesar milk & dry fruits & green cardamom. 4.Take one 1 tbsp milk powder & add some ready milk which we have prepared to make a thick slurry. 5.Cut the bread slices in round shape with the help of cookies cutter or katori. 6.Spread the slurry between two bread slices. 7.Arrange the bread slices in a serving bowl. pour the prepared milk over the bread slice. 8.decorate with some chopped nuts & rose patels. 9.serve chilled. Cucumber boat salad Ingredients Required Cucumber - 1 hung curd - 1 cup Red, yellow, green capsicum - 2 tbsp onion small - 1 piece tomato small - 1 piece corn karnel - 1 tbsp salt - to taste black pepper - 1 tsp chat masala - 1 tsp boiled chole - optional method 1.slit the cucumber / cut it length wise in two pieces. 2.scoop out the inner part of it. 3.mix all the ingredients along with the scooped out cucumber. 4.sprinkle, salt & pepper on the cucumber. 5.fill cucumber with the mixture. 6.serve chilled.
